The empowering messaging of Failing Forward is also serving them in terms of bringing innovative ideas. I love how they onboard employees and recognize individuality in their workforce. I’d like to see more tools for employee wellbeing, but I am sure that is on their radar.

Professional development elements are a unique combination of offerings to meet the needs of divergent people groups. The employee experience that using simple acts of kindness like the virtual tree giving during the holiday season, as well as other initiatives appear to be based upon listening, hearing, and responding to employee needs, thereby valuing their input and putting it into action.
