Highlights of this entry were the simplicity and clarity of Harris’s purpose and its cohesion with its culture; I appreciated how its philosophy about people held for its customers and employees. I was impressed with the improvements in their measurable outcomes, specifically the increases in eNPS and growth and development and the decrease in voluntary turnover – especially while growing the organization significantly over 3 years.
