Rich Roberts had been the People Director for six years taking them from a start-up to when he switched the lights off in the office for the final time. Along the way Pure Planet won many awards for creating a highly engaged and productive team. It was ranked number two in the Sunday Times Top 100 small companies to work in 2020 and was ranked number 3 in the Top 100 medium sized companies to work for in 2021.
