Melody is H&H’s partner consultant on all things DE&I. She’s a Business Psychologist, with over 20 years-experience. A former Senior Client Partner, and DE&I practice lead for a large global consultancy, she’s worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies. Melody is author of ‘The Inclusive Team: How to build and develop inclusive high performing teams’ and host of ‘The Secret Resume’ podcast. Prior to becoming a consultant, Melody started her career as a manager in the National Health Service. And combines her leadership experience with consulting skills to create pragmatic solutions for clients.
