Created by Positive Foundry in partnership with Inspiring Workplaces, this interactive programme blends the science of human flourishing with proven people-first leadership practices that drive culture, wellbeing, and performance.
Across three energising 50-minute sessions, leaders from around the world come together in a small-cohort experience to learn, reflect, and practise practical skills that strengthen purpose, connection, and impact at work. Each session combines expert facilitation, peer dialogue, and simple, actionable tools you can apply immediately with your teams.
Offered in two limited-availability cohorts of three back-to-back weekly sessions, this programme provides a focused, supportive learning journey where leaders can deepen self-awareness, share real challenges, and build a community committed to creating inspiring workplaces where individuals and organisations flourish.
