Inspire your workplace by being a ‘force for good’

Bristol, 18th November, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm

Inspire your workplace by being a ‘force for good’

Inspiring Workplaces event – Bristol 18th November

There has never been a more important time to build a business that stands for something.

Today’s employees want more than a good salary. They want to know that the organisation they work for makes a positive contribution – to their customers, communities, the environment and society as a whole.

And when they do, something remarkable happens. People feel more connected to their work. They become more engaged. More motivated. Prouder of where they work.

Because inspiring workplaces don’t just have great cultures internally – they create a positive impact externally too. This attracts better talent, retains great people, strengthens their culture and builds stronger, more sustainable organisations.

So how can small and medium-sized businesses make this happen?

Join us on 18th November for the next Inspiring Workplaces Bristol and Bath event, where we’ll explore practical ways every organisation can become a force for good regardless of its size or budget.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Why purpose has become one of the biggest drivers of employee engagement.
  • How creating a positive impact strengthens culture, not just reputation.
  • Practical ways SMEs can support their communities, customers and the environment.
  • How responsible business creates happier, more motivated and more committed teams.
  • Simple ideas that can make a meaningful difference from day one.

You’ll hear real stories from organisations that are putting these ideas into practice, alongside opportunities to connect with other leaders who believe business can be a powerful force for positive change.

Whether you’re a founder, CEO, HR or People leader, or simply passionate about creating a better workplace, you’ll leave with practical ideas, fresh inspiration and a renewed belief that doing well can also mean doing good.

We would love you to join us.
