Inspiring Workplaces renews exclusive Certified PeopleFirst™ partnership with Advisum across the GCC
October 13, 2026: Inspiring Workplaces has renewed its exclusive partnership with Advisum for the delivery of Certified PeopleFirst™ to government organisations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Following the first 12 months of collaboration, Advisum will continue as Inspiring Workplaces’ exclusive partner for Certified PeopleFirst™ within the government sector across the GCC, covering the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
The partnership combines Advisum’s regional expertise and relationships with Inspiring Workplaces’ independent workplace culture assessment and certification methodology.
Under the partnership, Advisum works directly with government organisations to introduce and support their Certified PeopleFirst™ journey, while the assessment, employee listening, analysis, reporting and certification are independently conducted by Inspiring Workplaces.
Certified PeopleFirst™ is a modern workplace certification focused on the factors that determine whether people thrive at work: Belief, Belonging and Future Confidence. Through confidential employee feedback, organisations gain independent insight into their culture and employee experience, alongside clear recommendations for improvement.
