Particular highlights were Viva Leisure’s incredibly strong alignment between its business purpose and its internal wellbeing strategy, as well as a standout focus on Inclusion. The entry included many inspirational descriptions of how the mission of health and fitness is made tangible for staff, such as the ‘Viva+1’ initiative.
