    I was particularly moved by the Living Library programme. The image of colleagues volunteering to share stories of childhood poverty, immigration, illness, and neurodiversity and being ‘checked out’ by over 180 colleagues is one of the most human and creative inclusion initiatives I have seen across any submission. Combined with the CHRO-led Listening Sessions and the UpLift sponsorship programme, there is a clear thread of psychological safety and genuine leadership accountability running through the inclusion strategy.
