I enjoyed learning about TriWest Healthcare Alliance and was impressed by the clarity of its purpose and the evident passion for it. Beyond doing “whatever it takes” and giving back/supporting military and Veteran-focused organizations. Highlights of this entry included TriWest’s focus on employee experience, including flexible work, job customization, and employee recognition. Their agility in scaling their leadership and organization to service the Department of Defense’s TRICARE contract was also notable.
