It was fascinating to learn about your culture and how you have built it around the frameworks of ABC, ABS, and ABL, all with a strong focus on results. What stood out is how your culture connects people around those results and the work and challenges it takes to produce them. That shared focus appears to be an important part of what holds your culture together and helps support the strong retention you describe. One of the things that really stood out to me was the Me Days and giving employees time to focus on themselves outside of vacation and sick days. Fully paying for health insurance was another strong example of your commitment to supporting employees, particularly given the pressures that can come with agency work.

The Pollack Group clearly values trust, autonomy, and treating people like capable professionals. That’s a powerful foundation for a healthy culture, and it’s nice to see that philosophy expressed so clearly.
