Operating across 76 countries with nearly 6,000 employees, the scale and complexity of delivering a consistent, inclusive people strategy is genuinely extraordinary and the submission reflects an organisation that has thought deeply and invested seriously in doing so.

I appreciate The Nature Conservatory’s emphasis on integrity and trust through transparency, as well as their focus to be on the ground listening and ensuring that local priorities shape actions. Their manager excellence and multi-level leader development is great. I also appreciate the leadership development that results in real initiatives and impact like the certificate program or blue bonds. Many companies focus on leadership development, but not with meaningful projects that come out of it. This is a big deal, in my opinion, that leader development is paired with the impact that leader projects can make.

The Nature Conservancy’s story is genuinely inspiring. I am so grateful that this organization exists and works so diligently to protect not only the planet, but to foster a strong culture.
