What I really liked about the submission: Market leading SWLB people initiative a genuine first in the construction industry which has delivered tangible results and also innovation in a traditionally inflexible industry with strong employee testimonials.

An exceptionally written submission with a clear and concise definition of their purpose across 6 key areas and how these are strategically supported through the values and behaviours. I liked the focus on demographic needs and motivations – not a one size-fits-all approach.

There seems to be a great connection between Speedy Hire’s purpose, culture and their leadership development. There’s also fantastic work being done to support their people and their wellbeing.
