We were impressed by the 3Ps strategy: People, Planet and Purpose that has been introduced at Sopra Steria. The conversations about social value are clearly resonating inside the organisation and the focus on driving lasting changes is admirable.

I was hugely impressed with Sopra Steria’s submission – the breadth of initiatives and achievements, with a real focus on accountability across the board. The majority of responses went above and beyond, not just outlining what they’re doing, but also how, why, the impact, and what’s next.

Brilliant metrics to measure themselves against, going beyond just an engagement survey. It’s also great to see the different methods of communication and feedback gathering.
