SilverChef has a clear sense of purpose (helping people achieve their dreams) and a 40-year track record in hospitality that gives it credibility. The B Corp certification with a 94.3 score is a solid external validator that the values aren’t just internal talk.

Employee listening was a strong area for SilverChef, noting many opportunities for employees to be informed and feedback. I particularly liked their Test Kitchen creative forum.

Their focus on wellbeing is impressive and the fact they have increased their score for this section on 2023 is testament to that. Their leadership is also strong but their response to “what’s next” was fantastic as they have a detailed plan as to how their organisation is going to move forward.
