    This nomination has impressive implementation of employee engagement strategies as well as employee experience journeys! I find that most of what is being implemented by SEWA should ultimately be given to other organizations as best case practices and also published openly for other government entities to take examples from! In addition to all the metrics, my highlight is the positive increase in metrics, despite or because of a 3-day weekend.

    This submission is largely very comprehensive and weaves a common trend from the purpose and culture of the organization all the way to how it is led and how the employees are kept engaged and cared for under the well-being element. There is also a very clear system and infrastructure that has been created to harness the voices of employees and, most importantly, act on what makes sense for the employees and the business.
