I really enjoyed reading how the DNA of Sedulo is clearly linked through to their Charter of Behaviours. This becomes clear when it comes to the focus on leadership development and even their happiness score. Reading about the work Sedulo has done to focus on wellbeing, you can really hear the passion they have for it. The same is true of their work to drive greater inclusivity.  Overall this entry was great to read and certainly shines through as an inspiring workplace.
