This was a really strong submission. A robust leadership development offering with clear role modelling from the top. A broad wellbeing offering based on the needs of the employees. An innovative use of technology. And co-designing with employees. Excellent work!

Salutem Care & Education People Strategy was a really enjoyable read. It’s clear that a significant amount of thought and effort has gone into shaping a strategy that prioritises both the employee experience and business success. The work they’ve done to improve on culture, leadership development, DEI, employee engagement is impressive, and it’s great to see such a strong commitment to continuous growth and improvement.

Salutem Care & Education has done a lot to create a meaningful culture and employee experience. Embedding the values into performance management demonstrates commitment to measuring the WHAT and HOW.

I enjoyed reading this entry. Particular highlights were Salutem’s strong culture & purpose and the impact that the Salutem Employee Listening Forum (S.E.L.F) is having. This was an excellent entry and a real passion for high standards of care, and a focus on people shone through.
