You mentioned ‘Well being designed for real life’ and ‘Support when life takes priority’ – at a first glance, many people would say that these are common sense principles, and yet in so many organizations they are stuck at the level of the corporate rhetoric.

What a journey it has been, well done for clearly handling so much so well. A great entry and clearly a great company. The energy for each sections shines through, and the stats you share around how the workforce feel are a reflection of that. The key comment that stood out overall was “Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, which makes it easier to speak up and try new things.” – being able to create an environment where that is the case is enviable and to be celebrated.

The culture work shows a thoughtful strategy supported by strong data. It’s impressive to see relatively consistent engagement scores before and after some of the changes the company has gone through.
