Inspiring presentation that proves active listening, commitment to making change based upon employee feedback and creativity can move a workforce. Creating true inclusion and belonging that also grows individuals from dependence to independence, and equal access to leadership all personify a people-first focused organization. The illustrations tied directly to the impact on the employees. It is apparent that the leadership team is serious about its commitment accountability. The work described here is thoughtful to say the least. I could continue writing, but with end with…job well done.
