Nuveen is clearly making a strong investment in the employee experience and culture. What stood out in the submission was the focus on DEI, succession planning and social mobility. The job shadowing initiative is commendable, as well as the community grant programme which is an initiative that can foster a high sense of employee agency and commitment.
