Submission highlights

This year’s strongest elements as indicated by our independent judges.

  • Inclusion & Belonging

  • Wellbeing

  • Comment from the judges

Realta should be enormously proud of what has been built in just 18 months. A people-first culture is not something you retrofit once you have scale — it is what creates scale, and Realta is living proof of that.

  • Comment from the judges

As a relatively new and small business, the initiatives shown are fantastic, well done. Across all areas answered you have shown care and commitment to your staff and the working environment. Recognition starting with leadership is a great example of this, amongst many other instances of communication, care for the wellbeing, and daring to try new things even though stats are strong already.

  • Comment from the judges

For such a young company, they’ve established impressive foundations in terms of culture, leadership, wellbeing and inclusion that many more established organisations would genuinely envy. Their approach to wellbeing is particularly strong, with comprehensive benefits that support employees across multiple dimensions.
