There is so much I love about this entry. The range of initiatives in place are impressive (with more listed in the supporting docs than in the entry itself), it is very evident how important the people, culture, environment and wellbeing really are to the business and belonging. Equally at all levels, engaging not just the leadership and CEO but all levels in the organisation.

Loved the Shadow Board concept and how that supports the main board in understanding the actual issues being faced in the organisation. And great to see examples of bottom-up listening and examples of actions taken as a result.
