Intch’s founding story and “move fast, try things” culture come through clearly, and the Aura development story is a good example of employee input driving real outcomes.

I appreciate Intch’s mission and business model. It seems very innovative with fractional talent for SMB. Very niche and very impactful. I also really like the way the founder created the platform based on needing to find work without a network, and I appreciate the innovation. The innovation in terms of Aura is also brilliant, doubling down on human capital and recognizing where value is created in consultative and leadership relationships (value through conversation). It’s also interesting they are bypassing annual reviews in favor of one on one conversations.
