I really enjoyed reading this entry. I especially appreciated how clear and simple ENTOUCH’s purpose is, and how they have been so intentional in weaving that purpose through everything they do. Similarly, the ENTOUCH team has done an excellent job operationalizing their core values. Other highlights included their intentionality around leadership promotions and recognizing different kinds of employee contributions through the FREDDY awards. The care they take for their employee’s overall well-being and professional growth is also apparent.
