These guys are doing awesome things (above what I typically see for a smaller company!). The 85% turnover reduction is an excellent metric, the new product story from a team member’s client observation is a very strong employee voice example, and the travel investment in teams shows a high level of inclusion & valuing of employees. For a company of this size, the People infrastructure already in place is impressive.
