What came through very clearly in your application was your intention to create an environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued. One of the things that stood out most was the range of recognition efforts you have put in place. From your AI Pioneer Awards and Value Awards to your shout outs with the points system, it is clear that recognition is an important part of how you celebrate contributions. Programs such as the Women in Tech recognition, the Commercial Team Awards, and the President’s Club Awards also show that you are finding different ways to highlight the impact of people across the organization.

This submission reflects a thoughtful commitment to engagement and leadership development, and it’s clear the organization is investing seriously in its people. What I’d love to see even more of is how those efforts translate into the operating system of the company itself. Great cultures aren’t built only through programs, they’re built through the structure of how work happens.

Diligent is doing so many good practices in an industry which is not easy – what they offer is a serious business and to create a lively workplace with practices that enable employees to engage, collaborate in a fun loving, learning environment is not an easy ask.

This is a strong, polished submission from a large global organisation with a clear sense of purpose and a well-developed people infrastructure. The link between mission, values and culture comes through clearly, and I particularly liked the emphasis on clarity, accountability and helping employees understand how their work contributes to wider business goals.
