One of the things that stood out most was the range of recognition efforts you have put in place. From your AI Pioneer Awards and Value Awards to your shout outs with the points system, it is clear that recognition is an important part of how you celebrate contributions. Programs such as the Women in Tech recognition, the Commercial Team Awards, and the President’s Club Awards also show that you are finding different ways to highlight the impact of people across the organization.
