    What stood out most about your submission was that [such high percentage] of your people feel like their professional advancement is nurtured, which is extraordinary. I also really appreciated that you shifted your hiring criteria to a skills-based model and saw the impact in the type of candidates you attracted. Another thing that I found really impressive was how you addressed meeting overload. It is rare to not hear meeting overload as a problem, but you all did something about it. It goes to show that if leadership is willing to listen and take action, anything can change. I also loved how you positioned your HR office to make it easier for employees to access people and get the resources they need when they need them.
