I was particularly struck by how wellbeing is treated as a performance enabler rather than a perk. The organisation also demonstrates unusually strong psychological safety, reflected in practices such as non-anonymous 360 feedback & very high trust scores.

This is a very good entry with a strong foundation in purpose, values and people-first practices. As a B Corp leadership and development consultancy, they demonstrate how to effectively “practice what they preach” by creating an environment where their own people thrive while helping other organisations do the same.
