Their focus on leadership training, bias mitigation in performance reviews, and strong recognition programs shows a real commitment to creating a supportive and engaging workplace. It’s clear they’re listening to employees through surveys and informal feedback channels, which is great to see.

The two areas which impressed me the most were Cielo’s approach to leadership and communication. They are best-in-class in that they take a diverse and holistic approach, putting in place strategies and programs that will genuinely make a difference to their people and their business.
