Brightec is clearly a truly purpose & values led business (e.g. turning work down if not aligned to values)! Really impressed by lots of positive initiatives that feel really integrated & aligned to the purpose & values. I love the focus on coaching & mentoring, as well as the creative flexibility. I also love the positive rituals that they have in place. You get a real sense of a collaborative connected community of employees who care deeply about the business & their client relationships.

I really enjoyed reading this entry. Brightec’s purpose is clear and aspirational and this is embedded in their culture. They’ve shared fantastic examples of how their leaders are passionate about the success of their people, and how they actively engage to inspire colleagues internally and also their clients. Overall, lots to be proud of here. It sounds like a great place to work and somewhere the employees can really buy in to.
