Brain in Hand

At Brain in Hand, we believe in the power of a neurodiverse society. Autistic and ADHD individuals bring unique strengths, but too often face barriers in education, employment, and health outcomes. That’s not okay, and we’re here to change it.

Our mission is simple: to help neurodivergent people reach their full potential so the world can benefit from their unique contributions.

Submission highlights

This year’s strongest elements as indicated by our independent judges.

  • Inclusion

  • Comment from the judges

Well done on your submission. I loved reading it! I think your culture and purpose thread through your business in every aspect and it’s brilliant to see that you’re not stopping there – there’s more in the pipeline. The barriers in educations and employment are far to frequent, and it takes special businesses to stand out and challenge this. Well done, keep up the great work.

  • Comment from the judges

Brain in Hand is clearly investing in its purpose, culture and employee experience. As a smaller organisation it has made strides in all of these areas. I was particularly impressed by how it is living its purpose through its talent strategy and also the way it actively creates the right support and experience for its people, especially the ‘getting to know you framework’ and ‘work with me’ profiles – these build inclusion, collaboration and belonging.
