Great values that clearly steer the company, and lots of good initiatives that show you really do care. Love that you have become a B Corp and how you came together during tough times, supported employees and managed NOT to have layoffs support that this really is a caring culture.

In full transparency, I must admit that reading this entry, particularly the detailed description of the response to the seismic activity challenges, left me inspired and humbled. Profoundly touched! I also want to highlight the ‘Compliments Corner’ initiative (thank you for the idea! :)) and calling out cultural awareness as a key priority.
