Beyondly should be so very, very proud of this entry. In a competition that includes some of the world’s largest organisations, a 71-person environmental consultancy from Skipton has shown what is possible when purpose is not a poster on the wall but a legal commitment, a lived culture, and a measurable reality. The trees are planted (and employees can visit). The profits are up. The people are thriving. That is what inspiring looks like. Incredible entry.

This is a really strong entry and I really enjoyed reading this submission from Beyondly. It was a clear and inspiring example of how purpose can shape culture, leadership and employee experience. The commitment to creating a better, fairer and more sustainable world appears to be embedded in how the organisation operates. A particular strength of the entry is the clarity of alignment between purpose and individual contribution.
