BCD Travel shows real commitment toward their people. From the high eNPS score to all of the initiatives they focus on to support their people, this organization is a winner. They prioritize employee wellbeing in tangible ways, offer a work from anywhere policy, and are dedicated to hiring diverse candidates. One of my favorite communications strategies they use is to onboard before the onboarding with their preboarding welcome to new hires. Clearly the employees are inspired as they’re regular ambassadors for the company.
