I especially appreciate Amplify’s culture of welcome and the alignment between internal and external focus. Too many companies focus separately on brand and culture, and it’s terrific to see a company that understands that these are really two sides of the same coin. It’s good to see they do their regular survey as well as town halls. It’s terrific that the CEO gives his cell number as this sends a strong message. And seeing ERG and AmplifyNext opportunities for leaders is good. I also appreciate they’re doing regular culture conversations to keep a finger on the pulse.

As for belonging and inclusion, it’s great to see they’re in the top 15% of companies and have a useful resource guide. As for employee development, I liked seeing they have leadership development, learning labs and the volunteer/ambassador program. Most of all I’m impressed by the internal/external alignment. From the mention in the first paragraph to the volunteer approach that also demonstrates the alignment, it’s really brilliant and unusual to see.
