Alzheimer’s Society
Dementia is the UK’s biggest health and social care crisis; 1 in 3 people born in the UK today will be diagnosed with dementia in their lifetime and 1.4 million people are expected to be living with dementia by 2040. With c.1,800 staff and c.6,000 volunteers, Alzheimer’s Society is a charity working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and providing hope for the future; we know it will take a Society to reach our bold ambitions.
