Janice Litvin is an award-winning workplace wellness speaker and author of Banish Burnout Toolkit. She is on a mission to help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations so they can boost productivity and retention. She does this through keynote speeches, workshops and coaching cohorts. Her popular program teaches people how to change the way they react to stress from the inside out.
Her best-selling book, Banish Burnout Toolkit is part of the SHRM Library and is a workbook that takes readers through the journey of untangling their behavior patterns so they can learn to modulate their emotions and change their behavior. This behavior change results in increased employee retention and productivity.
What makes Janice unique is her background in IT, plus years as a technology recruiter, study of psychology, and a lifetime of working on her own behavior to become happier and healthier.
