As the French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte said, “If the Earth were a single state, Istanbul would be its capital.”

He was absolutely right. As the only city built on two continents, Europe and Asia, Istanbul became the capital of three empiresRoman, Byzantium and Ottoman and a trade center for many centuries. Today, with its unique positioning, the city holds the key to understanding modern civilization. Connecting the East to the West, İstanbul is also an inspiring hub for the international business community.  Named as one of most dynamic cities in the world in the “Cities of Opportunity” report from PwC, Istanbul is literally a metropolis.

With our multicultural heritage and dynamic business world, we are excited about being a part of a community of inspirers, whose goal is to improve the world by enhancing people’s work life.  Together, we will explore the motivational barriers, dive into the creativity of the workforce and listen to stories about the positive impact inspirers have on the world. We’d love to meet with you if you are also interested to understand & develop the nature of workplace; how the motivational triggers work, how to increase employee wellbeing, engagement and much more! Let’s inspire each other in İstanbul!
