Welcome to the Latin America Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2027
The Inspiring Workplaces Awards are open to organisations of all sizes and industries.
Entries are independently assessed by our expert judging panel against our published PeopleFirst judging framework, with organisations meeting the required standard recognised as an Inspiring Place to Work™.
We recommend reviewing the Entry Pack and Judging Framework before you begin and drafting your entry in a separate document before adding it to the platform.
Your entry consists of six core questions, plus What’s Next and Outcomes. Please ensure all required sections are completed.
Special Recognition
You can also choose to enter individual sections for Special Recognition by ticking the relevant box on the entry form. There is a small additional fee for each Special Recognition category selected, but no additional submission is required. Recognition is only awarded where the required judging standard for that discipline is achieved.
