Really take the time to regularly listen to employees, whether they are in an office, remote or frontline as they will all have different experiences to share. But don’t just listen, take the time to understand their points of view and their needs then most importantly act on this feedback.

And not just once a year in a survey – this should be continuous throughout the year.
