Theme of the morning: Belonging at work
Creating a sense of belonging at work is a fundamental part of creating a PeopleFirst organisation. Our talks will explore the many aspects that sit within the theme of belonging. Aspects such as:
- Purpose & Culture
- Hybrid Work
- How to recruit the right people in the right way
- Building community at work
- Intersectionality
Unique intimate event
The unique format has four storytellers, sharing a personal/work related story for 10 minutes before the group discusses it for a further ten minutes. We repeat this four times.
There is no technology. No screens. No PowerPoints. Just one person sharing a powerful and inspiring story with the room.
You, the audience is an active part of the experience too. Everyone is sat in a circle, or as we call it… The Inspire Ring
It recreates what we hope organisations do day-in-day-out. Active listening, engagement, inclusion, belonging, providing everyone with a voice and making everyone see each other as a human being no matter their job title, background etc.
You walk away feeling inspired, connected with fellow professionals and learn a lot too.
Having run big conferences all over the world for a decade (The Employee Engagement Summit) we believe this smaller, more intimate format is the most powerful event we have ever created. But don’t take our word for it, here’s what past attendees thought….
Why attend?
-
Powerful personal & work related stories to inspire and instruct your workplace strategy
-
Connecting with likeminded people. In the hybrid world, it is paramount to meet in person and build those bonds
-
Central to Inspire:London is you. A unique human-centred event for an intimate audience to help create people-first cultures.
-
Inspire:London is a local community of the global movement from Inspiring Workplaces.
-
Strictly limited spaces. It is only £20 too.
Spaces are scarce to protect the personal and intimate nature of the event.
