What I liked about this submission is that Concentrix seems to genuinely care about building a strong culture and supporting their employees. I liked that they were focusing on wellbeing, mentoring, and DEIB with events, initiatives and training. The various ways they recognise their staff (including personal notes!) also stood out to me.

This entry has a comprehensive approach to wellbeing through the WeCare framework, demonstrating genuine commitment to employee mental, physical and financial health with specific programmes and resources. The organisation’s approach to leadership development shows impressive scale and structure, with millions of learning hours globally and specific programs tailored to different leadership needs.

Managing a large and diverse workforce comes with many challenges, and I applaud your strong focus on inclusion, belonging, and mental health. Your tech-driven initiatives to ensure access to support and insights are commendable, as is your commitment to mentorship, recognition, and well-being.

An excellent demonstration of developing an integrated culture and workplace strategy and bringing it to life in innovative ways with employees. I particularly commend the way you are integrating culture, purpose and ESG to ensure the strategy is holistic and related to core business.

Great examples of leadership in action. I particularly liked the acknowledgement of meaningful recognition, the success of the Roots platform and the volume of successful innovators – this is very impressive. A very strong section on DEI, again with a clearly structured and obviously well budgeted programme.

Concentrix is certainly doing great work for its employees and other stakeholders. The sheer size of the organization’s workforce and footprint brings about a level of complexity and from the information presented it does appear that a good conducive workplace environment is being continuously prepared and re-done to make sure that it remains productive.

This is the why I love IW judging. Entries like this where each question has a clear and specific answer that checks every box, in addition to providing a supporting PPT intended for this audience made it so easy to give the high marks they deserve. An exceptional entry. Well done.
