LIVED TO LOVED EXPERIENCES & THE BELONGING REVOLUTION

In this session, Lucy introduces Mr B’s Employee Experience model – transforming everyday lived experiences into truly loved ones. She’ll explore the emerging trend reshaping workplaces today: the belonging revolution. Because when people truly love their jobs, that’s when the magic happens: they feel like they belong, they bring their best energy, and ultimately it fuels stronger business performance and long-term success.

Lucy has spent over 20 years shaping employee engagement and experience. With a psychology degree from Cambridge, she brings both academic insight and hands-on expertise from working with global brands like Coca-Cola, LEGO and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

    LESS THINKERING, MORE TINKERING

A neon-soaked passion-filled presentation of all things creativity, trying to strike the elusive balance between uncurbed enthusiasm and pragmatic process. Director & Designer Gavin Strange plots his creative journey through his time in the design and film industry, picking it apart and extracting the lessons and learnings from it all and how encouraging creativity enhances an organisation’s culture. It’s loud, silly, and hopefully energising. The aim of the game is to convince YOU to make more of the stuff that makes YOUR heart sing and find more purpose and connection in the work you do.

All delegates will receive a copy of Gavin’s book Do/Fly.

  • 1.00pm

At the end of the session there will be an opportunity to tour the SS Great Britain (until 4pm)
